Job summary

Vertiv is hiring a Field Delivery Manager to lead a team of Field Service Engineers across the Benelux. This is a people leadership role focused on coaching and developing engineers, with responsibilities spanning resource planning, scheduling, and ensuring high-quality service at client sites.

You will be on-site with regular office days, travel ~25% across the region, and collaborate with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading field service teams in a technical environment.
• Background in UPS, Switchgear, or thermal systems.
• Strong people leadership, coaching, and development.
• Customer-facing experience and relationship management.
• Engineering qualification and good communication skills.
• Fluent English; Dutch is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Field Service Engineers team across Benelux.
• Manage resource planning, scheduling and workload balancing.
• Ensure timely installation, maintenance, and repair services.
• Collaborate with Sales, Technical Support and Logistics.
• Maintain safety and compliance across activities.
