Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Field Delivery Managers to provide services to customers, ensuring high performance.
Drive financial performance within the teams to meet forecasts and budget targets.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve delivery processes and customer service.
Coordinate with support functions to balance workload with resource availability.
Conduct regular performance reviews and training sessions.
Analyze delivery data to identify trends and improve operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.
Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
