Advanced Sterilization Products (ASP) is seeking a Field Service Engineer/Technician to install, service, and repair advanced medical devices in hospitals across the Netherlands. You will be the technical expert, ensuring equipment performs safely and reliably while delivering on-site training.

Travel up to 90% within your territory with occasional overnight stays. You will collaborate with Sales and Technical Service, maintain records, and support continuous improvement to enhance patient care.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in technical or field service roles.
• Experience with medical devices or regulated equipment preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing communication.
• Ability to work independently and manage a busy schedule.

Responsabilités

• Install, validate and commission new equipment.
• Perform preventative maintenance on medical devices.
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
• Provide on-site customer support and training.
• Collaborate with Sales, Clinical Education and Technical Service teams.
• Maintain service records and documentation in company systems.
• Manage tools, inventory and parts within your territory.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and customer satisfaction activities.
