Job summary

Anton Paar Netherlands is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support customers by maintaining and calibrating advanced measurement instruments. You will travel across the Netherlands to install, service, and repair equipment and provide on-site training to users.

The role combines technical expertise with a strong customer focus and requires independence, good CRM documentation, and collaboration with internal teams. A driving licence and fluency in Dutch and English are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a technical qualification is required.
• Experience in servicing laboratory or analytical instruments is advantageous.
• Ability to work independently with strong customer focus and accuracy in CRM entries.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers by phone and email.
• Troubleshoot on-site issues and perform service and repair activities.
• Coordinate and perform on-site repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Create and maintain service reports in CRM.
• Collaborate with Applications, Helpdesks and Service Administration.
• Manage inventory, spare parts and tools for service visits.
