Job summary

Revvity is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover our Benelux customer base, supporting Life Science and Diagnostic instruments. You will install, service, and repair equipment, train onsite users, and ensure documentation is current and compliant with Quality Management System standards.

The role requires good communication, a strong customer service ethic, and willingness to travel, including occasional nights away.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Electronic Engineering or Biotechnology.
• Experience in a customer service environment with instrument applications.
• Strong communication skills and customer service ethos.
• Willingness to travel, valid BE/NL driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Perform field service: installation, maintenance, and repair of Life Science/Diagnostics instruments.
• Provide first-line onsite user training on Life Science and Diagnostics systems.
• Organise routine maintenance allocated on a monthly basis.
• Ensure that documentation and manuals are up to date and revision-controlled.
• Maintain tools, test equipment, and inventory; complete Work Orders promptly.
