Job summary

Buzz Power Banks is seeking a reliable, hands-on individual to set up and maintain power bank stations across cities in the Netherlands. You will install stations at local venues, perform basic checks, test rentals, and capture setup photos for the app.

The role is part-time with flexible hours, offering a great entry into field operations. If you enjoy working with your hands and talking to venue partners, this role is for you.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Fix simple issues: replace cables, wipe stations, or troubleshoot.
• Log completions and updates using the mobile app.

A customer can rent a power bank in a bar, restaurant, mall, airport, or venue and return it at any other BUZZ station across the country.

Role Mission

Keep the BUZZ network running smoothly on the ground. You will handle simple station setups, basic technical checks, and chat briefly with our local venue partners to make sure everything looks great.

What you will do

1. Setting Up Stations

Deliver and install Buzz power bank stations at local cafés, bars, and restaurants.

Make sure the station is placed in a great spot where customers can easily see it.

Test a quick rental on your phone to ensure the machine is online and working perfectly.

Take a quick photo of the setup to upload to our app.

Visit existing venues on your weekly route to check on the stations.

Fix simple issues: check if a machine went offline, swap out a broken cable, or wipe the station.

Move or pick up stations if a venue changes its layout.

3. Helping the Sales Team & Partners

Help our sales team by answering simple setup questions for new venue managers.

Show venue staff a quick 2-minute overview of how the machine works so they feel confident.

4. Simple Tracking

Use our simple phone app to log when you complete a setup or fix a machine.

Who we are looking for

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driving license.
• Car preference: We prefer if you have your own car, but we are happy to provide and pay for a rental car if you don't!
• You are currently looking for a steady, flexible part-time job.
• You are handy with tech and screwdrivers, and generally good at working with your hands.
• You are friendly and have good communication skills
• Valid work permit in the current country or are an EU/EAA citizen.
