Buzz is a start-up in its scaling phase. We are a power bank sharing company with more than 600 locations across the Netherlands and Spain.
A customer can rent a power bank in a bar, restaurant, mall, airport, or venue and return it at any other Buzz station across the country.

To drive our rapid growth, we seek a Country Manager to work side by side with me and our COO, owning strategy, P&L, sales, operations, and overall market performance in the Netherlands.
This is not an easy role with a lot of responsibilities, we are looking for the most committed, proactive individuals ready to stand by their results.
Own, launch, scale, and optimize Buzz operations and commercial performance in your country.
As Country Manager, you act as the General Manager for the market - responsible for P&L, sales pipelines, operations, station deployment, partner development, financial discipline, and reporting to HQ.
Build and execute the go-to-market strategy for your country.
Define coverage expansion: cities, districts, priority zones, high-traffic clusters (airports, transport hubs, malls, HoReCa districts).
Establish annual and quarterly targets for revenue, EBITDA, stations deployed, unit economics, and partner acquisition.
Establish a high-performing sales structure: BizDev managers, KAMs, franchise partners (if applicable).
Oversee the full pipeline and ensure predictable growth:
Personally own relationships with strategic accounts: hotel chains, retail groups, malls, airport authorities, HoReCa chains, event venues.
Lead all operational processes in the country: installation, maintenance, SLA execution, logistics, and inventory.
Guarantee station performance and uptime across the entire country.
Full responsibility for the country's P&L and financial discipline.
Evaluate profitability per city, region, station type, and partner category.
Apply unit economics to inform decisions on:
Hire, onboard, manage, and develop the local sales and operations teams.
Set clear goals and KPIs; run performance reviews and weekly business reviews.
Build a culture of accountability, speed, and ownership.
Coach your team on negotiation, partner management, CRM discipline, and operational best practices.
Own CRM accuracy and completeness across sales and operations.
