Barracuda Networks is seeking a strategic Field Marketing Manager to lead Benelux marketing efforts, aligning with Sales, Channel and Partner teams to drive pipeline growth and partner engagement.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B technology, cybersecurity, IT or channel-led environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the Benelux marketing plan, defining priorities aligned to business objectives, sales goals, partner engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Identify market, customer and partner opportunities and translate these into effective marketing programmes.
  • Manage the Benelux marketing calendar, ensuring activity is prioritised according to commercial opportunity.
  • Act as the Benelux marketing lead, influencing stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Partner and EMEA Marketing teams.
  • Build strong relationships with Benelux Sales and Channel teams, ensuring marketing activity is aligned to revenue priorities.
  • Drive marketing contribution to pipeline creation and progression through targeted partner, customer and field marketing programmes.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance and use insight to optimise future activity.
  • Develop, review and execute joint marketing plans with strategic partners, MSPs and distributors.
  • Drive partner engagement through marketing initiatives that enable partners and MSPs to effectively position and promote Barracuda solutions.
  • Support channel go-to-market activities by ensuring access to relevant programmes, messaging, content and resources.

The Field Marketing Manager will define and deliver the Benelux marketing strategy, working closely with Sales, Channel and Partner teams to drive pipeline growth, strengthen partner engagement and support overall business growth.

As a through-channel business, the role will have a strong focus on partner and MSP marketing, enabling partners and MSPs to effectively take Barracuda solutions to market and maximising the impact of joint marketing investments.

The role will own the regional marketing plan, budget and MDF activity, leading the Benelux marketing function and working closely with the wider EMEA and Demand Generation teams to deliver marketing activities with measurable commercial outcomes.

What you’ll be working on
Regional Marketing Strategy
  • Develop and own the Benelux marketing plan, defining priorities aligned to business objectives, sales goals, partner engagement and growth opportunities.
  • Identify market, customer and partner opportunities and translate these into effective marketing programmes.
  • Manage the Benelux marketing calendar, ensuring activity is prioritised according to commercial opportunity.
  • Act as the Benelux marketing lead, influencing stakeholders across Sales, Channel, Partner and EMEA Marketing teams.
Sales & Channel Alignment
  • Build strong relationships with Benelux Sales and Channel teams, ensuring marketing activity is aligned to revenue priorities.
  • Drive marketing contribution to pipeline creation and progression through targeted partner, customer and field marketing programmes.
  • Regularly engage with Sales and Channel teams through business reviews, planning sessions, onboarding programmes (Accelerate live) and internal meetings, ensuring awareness of marketing priorities, programmes and resources.
  • Monitor campaign and event performance and use insight to optimise future activity.
Partner, MSP, Distributor & Customer Marketing
  • Develop, review and execute joint marketing plans with strategic partners, MSPs and distributors.
  • Drive partner engagement through marketing initiatives that enable partners and MSPs to effectively position and promote Barracuda solutions.
  • Support channel go-to-market activities by ensuring access to relevant programmes, messaging, content and resources.
  • Support initiatives that drive partner recruitment, onboarding and activation across the Benelux market.
  • Work closely with Partner Marketing and Enablement teams to maximise adoption of available tools, campaigns and programmes.
  • Support customer acquisition, retention and advocacy through partner-led marketing programmes and initiatives.
MDF Management
  • Own the MDF budget and ensure investment is aligned to strategic priorities and commercial opportunity.
  • Work with partners to develop effective MDF plans and activities.
  • Manage MDF approval, tracking, utilisation and reporting.
  • Measure the return and commercial impact of MDF investment and identify opportunities to improve ROI.
Events
  • Develop and lead the Benelux events programme, ensuring activity supports pipeline generation, partner engagement, customer retention and brand awareness objectives.
  • Identify and prioritise events based on business objectives, audience and expected commercial return.
  • Oversee planning and delivery through the Marketing Executive and relevant internal teams.
  • Ensure appropriate lead management and follow-up processes are in place following events.
Demand Generation
  • Partner with the central Demand Generation team to develop and execute campaigns aligned to Benelux priorities.
  • Collaborate on partner and customer communication programmes, ensuring content is relevant, engaging and delivered through the most effective channels.
  • Ensure central campaigns are effectively activated and adopted across the BENELUX partner community.
Team Leadership
  • Lead, coach and develop the Channel & Field Marketing Executive – Benelux supporting professional development and high-quality execution across marketing activities.
  • Set clear objectives and priorities, ensuring resources are aligned to business needs and commercial opportunities.
  • Foster strong collaboration and sharing of best practices between Benelux EMEA and central marketing functions to maximise marketing effectiveness.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Own the Benelux marketing budget and ensure spend is effectively planned, controlled and reported.
  • Establish clear measures of success across campaigns, events and partner activity, using performance insights to continually improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Provide regular reporting and insight to EMEA Marketing leaders and relevant stakeholders.
What you bring to the role
