We are looking for a Product Marketing Lead to take ownership of the Product Marketing function at ChannelEngine This is a senior individual contributor role: it plays a key part in shaping how we position our platform, bring new products and features to market, and turn sophisticated capabilities into clear, compelling stories.
In this position, you'll own and evolve ChannelEngine's positioning, messaging, and value propositions across products, industries, and use cases. You'll turn technical capabilities into clear, compelling stories for both business and technical audiences.
Your role will be to lead go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and strategic initiatives: this includes positioning, launch planning, enablement, and adoption. Through research, sales feedback, and ongoing market monitoring, you'll build a strong understanding of our customers, buyers, market, and competitors. You'll turn customer, market, and competitor insights into clear recommendations for product strategy, messaging, campaigns, and business priorities.
Key focus areas include building scalable Product Marketing frameworks and workflows, and using AI and automation to improve quality, speed, and consistency.
Collaboration is key: you'll partner with the Enablement Lead to create the product narratives and content that support Sales and Customer Success, while also connecting Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success around shared customer needs and go-to-market priorities.
