Job summary

Us3 Consulting is seeking an IT Support/Desktop Technician to install and support security software, provide desktop support, and troubleshoot hardware across laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices. You will assist with Office apps and data backup/restoration, while managing asset inventory and completing refresh activities.

Travel to client sites is required, with willingness to cover long distances.

Qualifications

• Experience providing desktop support with knowledge of Windows OS.
• Hardware troubleshooting for laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Word/Excel).
• Familiarity with OS data backup and restore processes.
• Asset management and hardware inventory maintenance.
• Basic network troubleshooting.
• Exposure to Active Directory and Group Policies.
• Willingness to travel to client locations and drive long distances.

Responsibilities

• Install and support anti-spyware, antivirus, and software.
• Provide desktop support with focus on Windows OS.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues for laptops, desktops, printers, and devices.
• Support for Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
• Manage OS data backup and restore processes.
• Procure hardware and manage asset inventory.
• Perform hardware/asset refresh activities.
• Provide basic network troubleshooting.
• Travel to client locations as required.
