Job summary

A&O IT Group is seeking a desktop support professional for an onsite fixed-term contract through May 2028. You will handle incidents and service requests, provide end-user IT support for Windows and Mac devices, and assist with AV and network-related tasks at the client site.

Candidates should have 1–3 years of desktop support experience, strong English, and familiarity with ServiceNow, Active Directory, O365, and asset management.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of desktop support experience.
• Experience with Windows and MacOS environments.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems (ServiceNow) and AD/Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Handle Incidents and Service Requests and near desk support.
• Provide services to End Users including devices and collaboration systems.
• Perform daily health checks on End User Devices and network devices.
• Deliver deskside support in line with performance standards.
• Manage asset audits and inventory.
