Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in biologics market.
• Essential oncology experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify key stakeholders within oncology accounts and tailor engagement strategies to local healthcare needs and priorities.
• Establish and lead high-quality interactions with healthcare professionals by maintaining current scientific knowledge and delivering aligned brand messaging.
• Communicate the value proposition effectively through clear and consistent key message delivery to healthcare professionals.
• Develop and execute local account plans aligned to the Dutch Brand Plan using market insights and relevant data sources.
• Partner closely with medical colleagues to implement regional programs and activities that support healthcare professional needs.
• Proactively communicate account results, market developments, and business updates to the Netherlands leadership team.
• Balance face-to-face and digital engagement channels to optimize customer interactions and impact.
• Work independently to execute strategic and tactical plans while adapting to changing priorities and timelines.
