Job summary

KRUSH Labs seeks a proactive Facility & Technical Services Manager to install, maintain, and continuously improve equipment, facilities, and technical systems. You will ensure operational reliability, minimize downtime, and support safe plant operation.

The role requires hands-on technical expertise, project coordination, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvements across maintenance, installation, and facility management.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.
• Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
• Fluent Dutch (min. B2).

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.
• Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.
• Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and service reports.
• Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and technical equipment.
• Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during installation projects.
• Verify equipment functionality, conduct testing, and support operational handovers.
• Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.
• Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) where applicable.
• Support maintenance and optimization of building-related systems, including HVAC, utilities, electrical installations, and infrastructure.
• Coordinate external service providers and contractors.
• Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards.
