Leonardo Hotels Nederland zoekt een enthousiaste F&B Coordinator/Concierge voor Amsterdam. Je werkt 50% op de Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark en 50% op de shared/support office, als hoofdcontactpunt voor gasten en operationele/administratieve ondersteuning.

Je hebt hospitality ervaring, bent representatief, vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels, en je bent beschikbaar in avonden, weekenden en feestdagen. Het bedrijf biedt training, carrièregroei en aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden.

Qualifications

• 1 year hospitality experience or more is preferred.
• Excellent guest service mindset and presentable appearance.

In this role, you will spend 50% of your time as an F&B Coordinator at Leonardo Hotel Amsterdam Rembrandtpark and 50% supporting the shared/support office. Within this part of the role, you will also act as the main concierge point of contact, assisting guests, handling requests, and providing operational and administrative support wherever needed.

Ideal Candidate / Qualifications

• Hospitality comes naturally to you, and you always aim for excellent service.
• A hospitality education is a plus; experience in a similar role is preferred.
• You have at least one year of experience in a hospitality-related environment.
• You are well-presented, reliable and flexible.
• You speak good Dutch and English.
• You are available during evenings, weekends and public holidays.
