LEONARDO HOTEL AMSTERDAM REMBRANDTPARK invites a friendly Host to join our front desk team. You’ll be the first contact for guests, handle check‑ins and check‑outs, answer questions and make restaurant or activity reservations, all with a warm, guest‑centred approach.

Fluency in Dutch and English is required, two years in hospitality, and the ability to work flexible hours. F&B experience and knowledge of reservation systems are a plus as we strive to deliver memorable experiences with every

LEONARDO HOTEL AMSTERDAM REMBRANDTPARK – By now, we have become a well‑known name in Amsterdam‑West. With eighteen floors, our hotel offers a spectacular view over the entire city. On the 17th floor, you’ll find Floor17, where you can enjoy delicious cocktails and dishes at 85 metres high. Our rooftop terrace hosts the most exciting events, such as movie nights, ice hockey games, and relaxing yoga sessions. Want to hold a meeting with a breathtaking view? That’s possible too! Job Requirements

What Will You Be Doing

• You are the first point of contact for guests, assisting with check‑ins, check‑outs and questions.
• You share recommendations and offer to make reservations.
• You take calls and handle room reservation requests.
• You help guests with luggage and ensure a warm farewell.
• You support the breakfast service and assist in the lobby when needed.
• You maintain a clean and welcoming environment.

Who Are You

• You always put the guest first.
• You are flexible, energetic and calm in any situation.
• You have experience as a receptionist; F&B experience is a plus.
• You work well independently and in a team.
• You are proactive, responsible and a real go‑getter.
• Experience with reservation systems and first aid is an advantage.
• You speak fluent Dutch and English; additional languages are a plus.
• At least two years of hospitality experience.
• You can easily travel to work at all times.
