Job summary

Epic is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for its Den Bosch, Netherlands headquarters. You will perform routine maintenance on building systems, respond to requests, and assist with events and space changes.

The role requires hands-on skills, reliability, and a commitment to a well-maintained workspace. Eligible candidates should be within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed) and be fluent in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
