Epic is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for its Den Bosch, Netherlands location. You will help keep our offices running smoothly with hands-on upkeep of building systems and spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
