Job summary

Epic's newly renovated Den Bosch headquarters is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep operations running smoothly in a creative, playful workspace with state-of-the-art building systems. You'll handle day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems.

This role requires hands-on problem-solving, reliability, and comfort with tools. You will coordinate with external vendors, help with event setup, and maintain a clean, safe environment, with rewards including annual

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
