Job summary

Epic in Den Bosch, Netherlands seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our brand-new systems and playful spaces running. Expect day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems in a creative office environment.

You’ll coordinate with vendors and assist events, moves, and space changes. Ideal candidates have hands-on maintenance experience, strong problem-solving skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
