Job summary

Epic in Den Bosch, Netherlands, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our newly renovated headquarters running smoothly. You'll perform routine maintenance, respond to requests, and assist with events and moves in a creative, well-designed workspace.

The role suits reliable hands with tools, strong problem-solving, and attention to detail. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, and applicants must be able to work in the Netherlands or relocate with relocation reimbursement.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or related trades.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
