Job summary

Epic is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician for its Den Bosch, Netherlands headquarters. You will maintain building systems, assist with events, and coordinate with external vendors to ensure a safe, well-designed workspace.

Eligible to work in the Netherlands, live within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or relocate (reimbursed). Fluency in Dutch and English is expected. The role emphasizes hands-on upkeep and reliable problem-solving in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, HVAC, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
