Job summary

Epic in Den Bosch, Netherlands, is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our new, creative office spaces running smoothly with state-of-the-art building systems. Youll handle routine upkeep, minor repairs, and support for building systems in a dynamic workspace.

Youll perform upkeep, respond to requests, assist with events, and coordinate with vendors. Relocation assistance is provided, and the role emphasizes reliability, tool skills, and attention to design-minded spaces.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed).

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture).
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs.
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment.
