Job summary

Epic's Den Bosch headquarters seeks a Building Maintenance Technician to keep our office spaces well-maintained and running smoothly. You will handle day-to-day upkeep, minor repairs, and support building systems in a creative, playfully designed workspace.

Must live within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or be willing to relocate (reimbursed). Fluent in Dutch and English, you will work with external vendors and colleagues to ensure a safe, functional environment at our renovated facility.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance, facilities, or a related physical trade.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Currently living within 45 minutes of Den Bosch or willing to relocate (reimbursed)

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of building systems (lighting, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, doors/locks, furniture)
• Respond to maintenance requests and troubleshoot issues, from minor fixes to more complex repairs
• Assist with setup/breakdown for office events, moves, and space changes
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors on larger projects, including specialist tradespeople
• Maintain a clean, safe, and functional work environment
