Job summary

Adyen is seeking a Senior Vertical Strategy Manager for the F&B vertical to drive commercial growth across NA and EMEA, partnering with the Head of F&B and Hospitality to deliver go-to-market plans and revenue initiatives.

You will leverage deep F&B and payments experience to shape strategy, perform rigorous analyses, and act as the voice of the customer with product, sales and partnerships. This global role requires strong storytelling and data-driven business cases.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in F&B or payments/fintech.
• Strong GTM strategy & execution capability.
• Data-driven approach to business cases and revenue growth.
• Excellent verbal communication to influence internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Owns the F&B vertical performance and strategic direction.
• Defines global commercial strategy and go-to-market playbooks.
• Acts as SME for F&B, including POS, Loyalty, and channels (online, drive-thru, kiosk).
• Drives product and partnerships strategy to identify opportunities and differentiation.
• Champions customer needs to inform pricing, packaging, and enablement.
• Develops customer segmentation and informs vertical growth initiatives.
