Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Group is seeking a proactive F&B Supervisor for MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West. You will coordinate service shifts across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar, hire and train staff, and ensure smooth service flow while maintaining a continuously stocked buffet.

Your focus will be on delivering guest experiences with a strong service mindset in a dynamic, hybrid hospitality environment. You will lead by example, maintaining efficiency, flexibility, and structured work habits,

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years of experience in tourism/F&B/hospitality.
• Fluent English; local language skills are a plus.
• Excellent communication and ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Organize service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar sections.
• Hire, train and coach team members.
• Control breakfast list and payment checks; ensure buffet stocked during opening hours.
