MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam Amstel is seeking a part-time F&B Supervisor to ensure smooth service across breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar. You will organize shifts, hire and coach staff, and monitor stock and payment checks to maintain high service levels.

You speak fluent English; local language skills are a plus. The role emphasizes teamwork, a strong service orientation, and flexible scheduling with opportunities for product development and staff events.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in tourism/F&B/hospitality.
• Fluent English; local language skills are a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
• High service orientation and organized work style.

Responsibilities

• Smooth organization of service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar.
• Hire, train and coach team members.
• Control of breakfast list and payment checks.
• Maintain continuously stocked buffet during opening hours.
• Prepare for next shift and day / Mise en Place.
• Seek to increase revenue across subdepartments in collaboration with management.
• Cover shifts as needed and adapt schedule.
• Perform monthly inventory stock control.
