Job summary

MEININGER Hotels Amsterdam City West is seeking a full-time F&B Supervisor to cover breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service. You’ll ensure smooth operations, organize shifts and maintain a well-stocked buffet during opening hours.

Responsibilities include hiring, training and coaching team members, daily mise en place, and inventory control. You’ll work with the team to boost revenue across sub-departments and support upcoming openings.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years experience in the tourism / F&B / hospitality industry.
• Fluency in English; local language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Smooth organization of service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar sections.
• Hire, train and coach team members.
• Control of breakfast list and payment checks.
• Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours.
• Perform mise en place and preparations for next shift/day.
• Seek revenue improvements across subdepartments in collaboration with management.
• Cover shifts when necessary and maintain schedule flexibility.
• Keep up to date with training and developments.
• Develop product range.
• Perform monthly inventory stock control.
