MEININGER Hotel Amsterdam City West is seeking a hands-on F&B Supervisor to lead breakfast, lunch, dinner and bar service. You will organize shifts, hire and train staff, supervise inventory and ensure superb guest experiences in a dynamic, hospitality-driven setting.

The role requires 1–3 years in tourism or F&B and strong communication, teamwork and service orientation. The position offers a full-time schedule and opportunities for professional development within a multinational hotel group.

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years experience in tourism / F&B / hospitality.
• Fluent English; local language skills advantageous.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
• High service orientation.
• Efficient and structured working style.
• Independent and flexible.

Responsibilities

• Smooth organization of service shifts for breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar.
• Hire, train and coach team members.
• Controlling of breakfast list and payment checks.
• Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours.
• Preparations for next shift and day / Mise en Place.
• Seek to increase revenue in all subdepartments in collaboration with management.
• Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to schedule changes.
• Following training to keep up to date with latest developments.
• Product range development.
• Perform monthly inventory stock control independently.

YOUR TASKS

• Smooth organization of service shifts for the breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar sections
• Hire, train and coach team members
• Controlling of breakfast list and payment checks
• Ensure continuously stocked buffet during opening hours
• Preparations for next shift and day / MiseenPlace
• Seek increasing the revenue in all subdepartments (breakfast, lunch, dinner & bar) - in good collaboration with the A(HM;
• Assist in covering shifts when necessary and being flexible to change your schedule
• Following training to keep up to date with latest developments
• Product range development
• Perform monthly inventory stock control independently
