Job summary

The Social Hub is seeking a passionate F&B Supervisor to lead the front-of-house team across shifts, ensuring high energy and smooth service. You will guide staff, assist with onboarding, and keep daily operations running like a well-oiled machine.

You’ll collaborate with the Restaurant Manager, mentor new teammates, and maintain guest satisfaction through proactive support and precise execution in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in a senior waiter, barista or bartender role.
• Strong leadership during service and ability to guide a team.
• Clear communication and staying calm during busy periods.
• Eye for detail to keep service consistent and high standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the front-of-house team during service and set a positive, upbeat tone.
• Guide the crew on the floor, helping them solve small issues in the moment.
• Support training and onboarding for new team members.
• Keep daily operations smooth by checking setups, stock, cleanliness and safety.
• Stay present on the floor, chat with guests and jump in where needed.
• Handle transactions accurately and pass on any irregularities.
• Share targets for the shift and motivate the team to reach them.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to keep service flowing.
