The 51 is a vibrant venue within the hospitality scene, where guests enjoy a relaxed dining and social setting. As F&B Supervisor you’ll support the F&B team, organize workflow, and ensure a smooth, energetic guest experience across service periods.

You will be on the floor, help maintain service quality, and contribute to the continued success of The 51 by coaching staff and implementing creative ideas to enhance guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality leadership.
• Ability to coach and develop staff.
• Strong communication across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate a F&B team.
• Be visible in the restaurant and jump in when needed.
• Create and manage weekly team schedules.
• Create memorable experiences for our guests.
• Build connections with our guests, locals, and the neighborhood.
• Improve operational efficiency.
• Work closely with the Restaurant Manager.
• Bring creative ideas to life and help make The 51 even better.
