Job summary

Generator Amsterdam is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to join our food & beverage team. As F&B Manager you will drive guest experience, supervise operations, and collaborate with the management team to deliver exceptional service.

You will focus on revenue growth, cost control, staff development and staying on top of health, safety and quality standards while embodying the 'Be Yourself' Brand. This role is based on-site in Amsterdam with a dynamic, globally inspired environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in F&B leadership roles.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication.
• Eligible to work in the EU.

Responsibilities

• Assist the F&B management team to create a smooth-running operation and provide an excellent service.
• Support with initiative and commitment to revenue, costs and teamwork.
• Take ownership of the guest journey to ensure a truly unique Generator experience.
• Respond quickly and efficiently to customer requests while maintaining a can-do attitude.
• Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of the F&B menu and services.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety, Fire Safety and Food Hygiene standards.
• Develop and train employees to meet required standards.
• Communicate effectively so the team understands goals and is motivated.
