Generator Amsterdam is seeking an exceptional Front of House Crew member to join our team and support the Front of House colleagues in delivering a memorable guest experience. You’ll lead with energy, communicate clearly, and embody the Generator spirit in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

As part of the FOH team, you’ll ensure top service, maintain brand standards, and help keep operations smooth while creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or Front of House roles.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support and report into Front of House Manager.
• Own the guest journey to create a unique Generator experience.
• Raise the bar through improved standards and guest satisfaction.
• Uphold Generator brand and culture in social spaces.
• Assist in ensuring a duty manager is onsite.
