NH Hotels & Resorts at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport seeks an F&B Supervisor to support the F&B Manager and coordinate daily operations across outlets, ensuring service quality and guest satisfaction while leading a hospitality team.

The role includes training, an end-of-year bonus, staff discounts, and growth opportunities within Minor Hotels Europe & Americas. You will plan shifts, execute handovers, and ensure readiness for dinner service to deliver memorable experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong guest-service orientation.
• Willingness to go the extra mile for guests.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; fluent in Dutch and English.
• Experience leading a restaurant/hospitality team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shift with the morning supervisor and discuss day priorities.
• Coordinate with the (Assistant) Food and Beverage Manager for daily operations.
• Ensure outlets are ready for the dinner rush and assist as needed.
• Assist in setting up meeting and event rooms for the following day.
• Support room service during peak hours and help in closing tasks.
