Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead the opening of a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands. You will oversee the restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting operations, while developing a strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and organizational skills, with fluency in English and Dutch. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the F&B opening of an international property and lead a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5 hotels.
• Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).

We are looking for a F&B Manager to join the opening team of a new hotel in Rotterdam (Netherlands).

What will you be responsible for?

• Leading the full opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department.
• Overseeing restaurant, bar, room service, and banqueting operations.
• Developing and implementing the F&B strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction.
• Recruiting, training, and leading the F&B team.
• Managing budgets, cost control, purchasing, and supplier relations.
• Ensuring compliance with brand standards, hygiene regulations, and safety protocols.
• Coordinating with the kitchen, events, and hotel management teams.
• Driving innovation, upselling initiatives, and operational efficiency.

What are we looking for?

• Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5 hotels.
