Job summary

Eurostars Hotel Company is opening a new hotel in Rotterdam, Netherlands, and seeks an experienced F&B Manager to lead the full opening and setup of the Food & Beverage department.

You will oversee restaurant, bar, room service and banqueting operations, and develop an ambitious F&B strategy to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction. Recruit, train and lead the F&B team, manage budgets and purchasing, and ensure compliance with brand standards, hygiene, and safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as F&B Manager or Assistant F&B Manager in 4/5 hotels.
• Experience in hotel openings is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English and Dutch (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
