The Social Hub, hired through Hosco in Eindhoven, is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to lead our outlets across restaurant, bar, café and events.

You will partner with the Head Chef to align service and kitchen, build a motivated team, and balance creativity with operational discipline to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years leading multi-outlet F&B in a high-volume setting.
• Proven ability to manage restaurant, bar and event teams.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and P&L ownership.
• Passion for hospitality and developing high-performing teams.
• Fluent in English and Dutch; other languages a plus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and inspire outlet managers and supervisors across all F&B venues.
• Collaborate with Head Chef to align service and kitchen teams.
• Maintain top-tier service standards and guest satisfaction.
• Engage with guests on the floor and gather feedback.
• Collaborate on menus and beverage programs aligned with brand.
• Monitor budgets, labor, and P&L; take action to meet targets.
• Develop promotions and activations with marketing to boost revenue.
• Support and energize team training and performance.
