Hotelprofessionals - Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is seeking a Food and Beverage Operational Intern to assist with daily operations, enhancing guest experiences. You will deliver high-quality service while gaining hands-on experience across various outlets.

This full-time internship starts in September 2026, lasting at least 5 months. Candidates should be passionate about hospitality and enrolled in a relevant study program. You will receive a monthly allowance of €550 and various employee benefits, including discounts and learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality or hotel management study program.
• Strong communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
• Passion for food, drinks, and guest service.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality service across restaurant, bar, breakfast, and events.
• Welcome guests with a warm and professional approach.
• Support mise en place, service preparation, and closing duties.
• Ensure cleanliness, presentation, and service standards are consistently maintained.
• Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow.
