Job summary

Park Plaza Amsterdam Airport is offering a Food & Beverage Management Internship starting September 2026 for a minimum of five months. You will work closely with the F&B leadership team to support daily operations, guest service, and commercial performance across outlets.

As an enrolled hospitality student, you will gain hands-on management experience, leadership development, and exposure to events, promotions, and high guest standards in a busy hotel environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food and Beverage Manager in daily operations across all outlets
• Lead by example on the floor, ensuring excellent service and guest satisfaction
• Assist in coordinating restaurant, bar, breakfast, and event operations
• Drive commercial performance by supporting upselling, promotions, and events
• Monitor service quality and ensure brand standards are consistently maintained
• Support team communication, shift organisation, and operational planning
• Assist with training and coaching team members
• Engage with guests, ensuring personalised and memorable experiences
• Take ownership of assigned projects to improve performance and guest satisfaction
