Park Plaza Vondelpark Amsterdam is seeking a motivated Food & Beverage Intern to join our boutique hotel team. You will support service during breakfast, lunch and dinner, ensuring guests receive a warm, professional experience.

You will learn F&B procedures, assist with setup, and help maintain outlet standards in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment. The internship starts September 2026 for 5 or 6 months; ongoing development and learning opportunities are available in collaboration with

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a hospitality, hotel management or related study programme.
• Strong communication skills in English (written and spoken).
• Passion for hospitality and guest service.
• Positive, professional and enthusiastic attitude.
• Eager to learn and develop new skills.
• Enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Eligible to complete an internship in the Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage team during breakfast, lunch and dinner services.
• Deliver a welcoming and professional service to guests.
• Assist with the preparation and set-up of restaurant and bar areas.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure guests receive an excellent experience.
• Learn and apply Food & Beverage procedures, standards and systems.
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards across all outlets.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.
