Job summary

The Hoxton, Amsterdam is offering an enthusiastic F&B Management Intern opportunity starting January 2027. You will support Breman Brasserie, event spaces and kitchen operations while gaining hands‑on experience across service, planning and cost control.

We seek a Hospitality Management student who is fluent in English (Dutch a bonus), highly organised and proactive. You’ll work with a creative, international team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Student of Hospitality Management or similar field.
• Fluent in English (Dutch a bonus).
• Available for full-time internship starting January 2027.
• Highly organised and proactive.
• Team player with strong communication.
• Curious about F&B operations and guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the Food & Beverage Director with day-to-day running of Breman Brasserie, event spaces and kitchen operations.
• Assist with daily administrative tasks, reporting and other projects across the F&B department.
• Help manage inventories, stock levels, uniforms and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate events with F&B and Events teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
