Job summary

The Hoxton, Lloyd in Amsterdam is seeking an enthusiastic F&B Management Intern to support the Food & Beverage Director across Breman Brasserie, event spaces, and kitchen operations.

As a hospitality management student, you will contribute to daily admin tasks, SOP development, and team coordination. This full-time internship starts January 2027. English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a hospitality management degree or similar field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and assist across F&B operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the F&B Director with day-to-day operations of Breman Brasserie and event spaces.
• Assist with administrative tasks, reporting and projects across the F&B department.
• Support operations during busy services, events, or peak times.
• Help create and update SOPs for smooth operations.
• Assist with staff planning, scheduling and labour cost monitoring.
• Support menu updates, food & beverage collateral and inventory management.
