Qualifications

• For internship, candidates are pursuing an MBO/HBO in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.
• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
• EU/EEA work eligibility; visa sponsorship not provided.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations in bar, restaurant, and breakfast areas.
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, and feedback.
• Support implementation of hotel standards and processes.
• Train and mentor team members to uphold service standards.
• Collaborate with management on improvements to operations and guest experience.
• Assist with inventory, cost control, and safety compliance.
• Analyze guest feedback and data to optimize processes.
