Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer offers an ambitious Food & Beverage Trainee position. You will gain hands-on experience across breakfast, lunch, and dinner service, while developing kitchen talents and guest-focused service in a busy hotel environment.

This internship includes mentoring, an allowance of €500 per month, meals on duty, free parking, and growth opportunities within Vertiq Hospitality Partners; a chance to progress to multiple brands in Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bar and restaurant operations to meet standards and guest expectations.
• Take, prepare, and serve orders from drinks to dishes.
• Resolve guest issues promptly per hotel standards.
• Ensure equipment and surfaces are clean and meet hygiene standards.
• Keep fridges, dishes and furniture clean and orderly.
• Collaborate with front desk for seamless guest experience.
