Job summary

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Deventer, managed by Vertiq Hospitality Partners B.V., offers a Food & Beverage Trainee internship. You will assist in bar and restaurant operations, prepare simple meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and contribute to guest satisfaction while learning in a dynamic hotel environment.

The program includes meals on duty, internship allowance, and growth opportunities within Vertiq’s expanding portfolio across brands and properties.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day bar and restaurant operations in line with policies and standards.
• Take, prepare, and serve orders from cocktails to dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Promptly resolve guest inquiries and complaints per hotel standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of service and kitchen areas and equipment.
• Keep fridge and dishware organized and clean.
• Collaborate with front office to ensure a seamless guest experience.
