Job summary

The Odyssey Hotel Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant for Holiday Inn Express Amsterdam – North Riverside. You will serve breakfast, lunch, and dinner across the restaurant, Express Café & Bar Noord, and may assist with group meals and events. We welcome your ideas to enhance guest experiences.

English fluency is required; Dutch is a plus. Prior hospitality experience is not required, but a passion for hospitality and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is required; Dutch is a plus.
• No formal education minimum is stated.
• Hospitality passion and customer-service orientation are valued.
• Guest-focused mindset with strong communication.
• Experience in hospitality is a bonus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the breakfast buffet is well-stocked and dining area is clean.
• Provide excellent service in the bar, restaurant, or breakfast area; take orders and handle checkouts.
• Assist in preparing boardrooms for lunch or dinner meetings.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and relay guest feedback.
• Support general food and beverage tasks and uphold hotel standards.
