Job summary

NewPort Tank Containers is seeking a Supervisor Export to lead the Export team and oversee daily logistics activities. You will coach personnel, monitor KPIs, and ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining safety standards for hazardous shipments.

The role requires experience in tank transport or logistics, strong leadership, and fluency in Dutch and English. A full-time engagement in the Netherlands with competitive compensation is offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant work experience in tank transport or logistics.
• Independent, stress-resistant and a team player.
• Excellent command of Dutch and English; strong analytical skills with data.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Export team (≈10 colleagues) and ensure processes run smoothly.
• Coordinate and coach on complex customer orders including hazardous substances.
• Monitor KPIs, lead times and performance; drive continuous improvements.
• Represent the team in management planning and translate decisions into daily practice.
