Vivid Resourcing in Rotterdam is seeking an experienced Team Leader Import to guide a team of ocean freight professionals. You will drive performance, coaching staff and ensure smooth end-to-end import operations for various shipments.

Qualifications

• Several years of experience in ocean freight forwarding with focus on imports.
• Leadership or supervisory experience within freight forwarding or logistics.
• Strong knowledge of import documentation, customs procedures, and international shipping.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
