Job summary

Nutreco is seeking an experienced Customer Service Export Lead in Tilburg to own and optimize export processes. You will lead a team, coordinate orders, documentation, and deliveries across international markets, and partner with production, planning and logistics to improve OTIF and delivery reliability.

You bring leadership experience, strong English communication, and a proactive ownership mindset to drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction in a complex export environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, logistics or supply chain.
• Experience in leadership.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures.
• Hands‑on, proactive attitude with ownership mindset.
• Strong command of English is essential; Dutch preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the Customer Service Export team, fostering accountability and development.
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of orders, export documentation and deliveries.
• Act as the key link between customer service, production, planning and logistics partners.
• Monitor performance ( OTIF, delivery reliability ) and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead or contribute to optimization projects (Lean, process improvements, digital tools).
• Remain hands‑on by managing a number of countries operationally.

About the team

The Customer Service Export team within Selko (part of Trouw Nutrition’s Global Supply Chain organization) ensures the smooth flow of products across international markets. Based in Tilburg, the team connects production, planning, and logistics with Nutreco’s global network of customers and sister companies.

Operating in a complex export environment, the team manages order processing, documentation, transport coordination, and international compliance, requiring strong collaboration and a focus on delivery reliability and customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

As Customer Service Export Lead, you will combine operational responsibility with leadership. You will ensure that export processes run smoothly while continuously improving performance and ways of working.
