As an Executive Assistant, you’ll be a trusted partner to senior leaders in our Amsterdam office, helping them operate at their best.
You’ll anticipate needs, manage competing priorities and create structure in a fast-moving and demanding environment. The role combines sophisticated calendar and travel management with stakeholder coordination, relationship management and broader executive support.
This is a full-time position based in our Amsterdam office, with a hybrid working model that allows up to 50% working from home, depending on business needs and the support requirements of the executives and team.
