Job summary

NH Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace offers an internship in the Meetings and Events department. You will support the team in handling group reservations and events, assist with planning, and ensure excellent guest experiences in a landmark property.

As part of the Minor Hotels Europe & Americas group, you will gain hands-on experience, upsell opportunities, and participation in training programs, with competitive compensation and employee discounts across our hotels.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational talent and an eye for detail.
• Ambition to become an expert in organizing meetings & events.
• Ability to work with structured processes and timelines.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main contact for meeting and event bookings.
• Ensure events are prepared per the script and client wishes.
• Maximize revenue through upselling and cross-selling.
• Coordinate with hotel departments and manage last-minute changes.
